Alexandra Raisman

Aly Raisman, an American gymnast is a former member of both the Fierce 5 2012 as well as the Final Five 2016 US Women's Olympic Gymnastics teams. Aly Raisman won three gold medals at the 2012 Olympics, in London. In addition, she took home a bronze medal on the balance beam. In the end, she became the first American in the Olympics who had the most medal count. At the 2016 Olympics she won an Olympic gold medal in the team event that brought her and teammate Gabby Douglas the honor of having been one of the very first Americans to earn back-to-back gold medals for the team. She also won silver medals in the all-around individual event and in floor exercise. She took a three-year break between the two Olympics to not compete in gymnastics. Her gold medal winning American team also won the two World Championships. Gymnastics was her first sport of choice at the age of two and her most favorite sport is floor exercise. Aly works with The Uniting Against Lung Cancer Organization in memory and honor of her mother. She plans to pursue an occupation in fashion and would like to expand her line of signature leotards and socks in future. Fierce will be out later this summer.
